Our goal is to help your loved one safely stay in their own home for as long as possible. We can provide care from 4 to 24 hours a day. ACS Home Care Services also works in conjunction with the local hospice agencies.

Whether you need a few hours a day or long-term care, ACS Home Care Services can provide the assistance you or your loved one need. We are a locally owned non-for-profit agency operated by Apostolic Christian Home. We are licensed by the State of Illinois through the Department of Public Health as both a Home Services Agency and Home Nursing Agency.

We provide a free in-home assessment to evaluate the level of care that is necessary to improve your loved one’s quality of life.
