We are located off Galena Road (Rt. 29) on Skyline Drive. If you are heading North on Galena Road you will turn left onto Skyline Drive and then take the first right turn into our parking lot.
The nursing home will be up on the left hand side, but you follow the signs and home care services is to your right in a smaller brick building, clearly marked HOME CARE SERVICES.
